Regenerate Laser Medspa

Reservations Policy:

1. Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes in advance of salon and spa treatments.

2. Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest

3. As a courtesy, we attempt to confirm all appointments. You are invited to call us prior to your appointments to confirm exact times, dates, and ask any questions you may have.

Tardiness and No Show Policy:

1. We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.

2. Clients who arrive or cancel late will be charged a $25 Late Cancel Fee.

3. No show clients will be charged a $35 No call No show fee.

4. We have reserved time and space specially for you and require 48 hours notice for group and package appointment cancellations/rescheduling and 24 hour notices for all other appointment types. If no notice is given, we reserve the right to charge 50% for the full rescheduled session.

5. If for any reason Regenerate Laser Medpa needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be given.

   A credit card or gift card may be required to reserve appointments at our discretion.

Sales Policy:

1. All sales are final, especially those that are on promotion/discounted. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.

   We reserve the right to refuse appointments to any client who has demonstrated disregard of cancellation policy.
